In addition, homeowners want to move towards an energy transition that is sustainable and respectful of their home, while saving money. This assistance is for middle-income and upper-income homeowners in single-family and condominium units. The only condition for taking advantage of the tax credit is that the home must have been in existence for 2 years, and the work must have been completed.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u279c How does it work?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the work has begun, the assistance is carried over to the following year after the work has been completed. It gives rise to a refund if the sum of the work exceeds the tax rate.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u279c What is MaPrime Renov?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ma-prime-renov-cest-quoi-definition-et-explications-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER.jpeg\" alt=\"Ma Prime R&#xE9;nov : definition and explanations of this help | Paradise Immobilier\" class=\"wp-image-102859\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ma-prime-renov-cest-quoi-definition-et-explications-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ma-prime-renov-cest-quoi-definition-et-explications-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER-300x150.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ma-prime-renov-cest-quoi-definition-et-explications-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER-768x384.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2020, the energy transition tax credit (CITE) has been replaced by MaPrime R\u00e9nov, as well as the aid provided by the Anah. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maprimerenov.gouv.fr\/\">\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MaPrime R\u00e9nov<\/span>\n<\/a> is an aid that subsidizes the renovation of certain interior works in homes built more than two years ago. With MaPrime R\u00e9nov, the principle remains the same as that of CIT\u00c9, but this new aid includes new areas for improvement:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a premium out of a sieve  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a low-energy building bonus  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a comprehensive renovation allowance  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an indemnity for project management  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conditions of MaPrime R\u00e9nov&#8217; have been made more flexible than those of the CITE. From now on, all homeowners can benefit from this assistance, whether they rent out their home or own it, and whatever their income.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of MaPrime R\u00e9nov&#8217; will depend on 3 factors:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Household income  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The work to be done  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The location of your home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>\u279c Are all jobs covered?  <\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/travaux-concernes-par-le-credit-d-impots-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER.jpeg\" alt=\"Tax credit: the work concerned by this aid | PARADISE IMMOBILIER\" class=\"wp-image-102861\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/travaux-concernes-par-le-credit-d-impots-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER.jpeg 1000w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/travaux-concernes-par-le-credit-d-impots-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER-300x139.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/travaux-concernes-par-le-credit-d-impots-PARADISE-IMMOBILIER-768x356.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only certain types of work are covered by MaPrime R\u00e9nov&#8217;, namely <strong>energy transition and performance improvements<\/strong>:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insulation work  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquiring or changing heating systems  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boiler or water heater replacement: wood, heat pump, solar thermal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/en\/how-much-does-an-ecd-cost-to-sell-a-house\/\">\n  <strong>\n    <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DPE<\/span>\n  <\/strong>\n<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses and equipment for the elderly and disabled.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The installation of a controlled mechanical ventilation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work that results in the construction, expansion or remodeling of your home is <strong>not included in the MaPrime Renov program<\/strong>. The aim of Ma Prime R\u00e9nov is to encourage homeowners to improve the energy performance of their homes.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u279c Other aid that can be combined with MaPrime R\u00e9nov:<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MaPrime R\u00e9nov&#8217; can be supplemented by other forms of assistance for energy transition projects:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energy bonus  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assistance from Action Logement  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assistance from certain local authorities  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The zero interest eco-loan: this is an interest-free loan to finance your work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduced VAT  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MaPrime R\u00e9nov grants cannot be combined with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/aclk?sa=l&amp;ai=DChcSEwiQifmfkvL9AhVjj2gJHWyWBaMYABABGgJ3Zg&amp;sig=AOD64_1zXC9PHzyBSbqicMaWSCsQKxDogQ&amp;q&amp;adurl&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiwsvSfkvL9AhU_UaQEHabpB1IQ0Qx6BAgIEAE\">\n  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">aid from the Anah<\/span>\n<\/a> (National Housing Agency). These aids are intended for owners or lessors who wish to set up an energy plan for their home. The work covered by Anah is similar to that of MaPrime R\u00e9nov: insulation, DPE diagnosis, etc. To benefit from the Anah, <strong>your residence must be at least 15 years old<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u279c What work is deductible?<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/quels-sont-les-travaux-deductibles-des-impots-Paradise-Immobilier-1024x536.jpeg\" alt=\"What work is tax-deductible? Paradise Real Estate\" class=\"wp-image-102855\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/quels-sont-les-travaux-deductibles-des-impots-Paradise-Immobilier-1024x536.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/quels-sont-les-travaux-deductibles-des-impots-Paradise-Immobilier-300x157.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/quels-sont-les-travaux-deductibles-des-impots-Paradise-Immobilier-768x402.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/quels-sont-les-travaux-deductibles-des-impots-Paradise-Immobilier.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your work does not meet the MaPrime R\u00e9nov&#8217; conditions, it is possible for you as a homeowner to <strong>benefit from a tax reduction on completion of your work<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The replacement of windows is <strong>deductible from 15% of your taxes<\/strong>. Similarly, renovating your bathroom or kitchen is tax-deductible.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All renovations aimed at improving the energy performance of your house or apartment are <strong>tax-deductible up to 30%<\/strong>, particularly for hot water production using wood or solar energy.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gardening work is eligible for a tax deduction. This work includes garden maintenance such as hedge and tree trimming or lawn mowing. However, to benefit from this deduction, certain conditions must be met: as an owner, performing these tasks must be worth hiring an employee or an approved organization.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replacing or installing an entrance door is also eligible for a tax reduction.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For exterior work, only minor repairs to your roof are tax-deductible. Any reconstruction or extension of your apartment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/en\/purchase-sale-apartment-collioure\/\">\n  <strong>\n    <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">apartment<\/span>\n  <\/strong>\n<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paradise-immobilier.com\/en\/purchase-sale-house-collioure\/\">\n  <strong>\n    <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">house<\/span>\n  <\/strong>\n<\/a> are not tax-deductible.
