class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why draw up an authenticated deed?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several advantages to drawing up a notarial deed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Probative value<\/strong>: an authentic deed is presumed to be genuine, i.e. its content is considered true until proven otherwise.\nThis makes it easier to prove
