Huset var till salu hos Agence Paradise Collioure International Real Estate och försäljningen sköttes av Christophe. Eftersom det var första gången vi köpte ett hus utomlands så var det bitvis spännande men vi fick ett mycket bra stöd av Christophe genom hela köpeprocessen som tog flera månader pga. den trygga men långsamma franska byråkratin. Efter att köpet var klart har vi fått en mycket bra hjälp av Christophe, som för övrigt pratar bra engelska, med alla praktiska frågor. Han hjälper gärna till med allt och det han inte vet tar han reda på direkt. Han har hjälpt oss med bankkontakter, med försäkringsbolag, med avtal för el och vatten. Han ordnade fast bredband och Internet där han själv hjälpte oss praktiskt att få igång allting. Då vi har köpt ett renoveringsobjekt har vi också fått hjälp att hitta bra elektriker och en arkitekt. I somras fick vi en vattenläcka och då ordnade han en rörmokare på två timmar. Han hjälper till att ordna boendeparkering, hyra lastbilar mm När vi får svårförståeliga brev från skattemyndigheter, försäkringsbolag och annat så skickar vi ett mail till honom och direkt får vi en förklarb paka engelska Förutom att Christophe var en duktig och pålitlig mäklare så är han den hjälp du behöver som husägare i Frankrike. Vi är för övrigt mycket nöjda med vårt hus och staden Collioure som är pärlan på kusten och i charm jämförbar med Visby.
